I haven’t done one of these for MONTHS, but here’s this week’s Sharing Saturday (used to be Sunday but I don’t plan on being online tomorrow so am sharing today instead!). Don’t forget these are all hand-picked posts and not searched for by a Twitter bot.

I love the blog Hands Free Mama and the post she made on Wednesday really touched my heart. She writes about a painful experience she is shocked to discover her young daughter remembers from three years ago, and how they did what they could to heal the pain: Moment of Impact.

Ness at One Perfect Day has been running a series of weekly blog posts suggesting ways to connect with your child, and her one this week is a very timely reminder for me as lately my children have been telling me ‘turn off your phone, Mummy!’. This week she writes about how she has found she needs to disconnect to reconnect. Have a look at the other posts in the series as well – lovely stuff!

Ariadne at Authentic Parenting wrote an incredibly useful and sensible post about anger, and how to respond in a helpful way instead of reacting in an unhelpful way.
